There are limitations on what can be created and the custom process requires a lot of communication between us and you as a customer. The length of time that it takes to create the custom designs depends on how communicative you can be with us during the design and production process.

If it is something in public domain then I am able to do it but if it isn’t, then I really cannot stretch on this one, i’m sorry!
If it’s a personal request, I can pretty much do most things. The only limitations that we have are with size.
The bookmarks are a maximum of 3.5cm wide so the design must be 3cm wide or less. This makes it essential that designs aren’t too complex.
To make the designs we use Cricut and heat transfer vinyl. This process is a temperamental one and although I am able to do a lot with the machine, it really depends on how detailed the design you are requesting is. -
That all depends on you!
I have a vast stock of different colour vegan leathers and vinyls but if you require something that I don’t have, the wait time for new colours is between 2-4 weeks.
I like to have strong communication with customers for custom orders and you can expect repeated communication from me during the production process. This is to ensure you are updated with any issues I am experiencing in the production process and to consider your opinion during that time also. You are welcome to choose whether this is via email or via instagram direct messages.
Once the design has been finalised and I have produced one sample we are both happy with, I will then move on to complete your custom order. -
Absolutely.
I can produce any amount of the same design within reason.
Whether it’s for PR boxes, a book club or a wedding party. It all depends on what we have in stock at the time.

Our rates for custom orders start from £8 per bookmark and extend to £10 per bookmark depending on complexity and materials needed

If you send us a custom request via the website form it will not be actioned.
Once we have decided on a design that is possible I will mock up a sample at my own expense. If we both are happy with the product I will invoice you for the full amount including shipping.
Once that invoice is paid in full I will then complete the order and send it out to you!
