Who makes the bookmarks?

All of our bookmarks are handmade by me.
I cannot stress this enough.
Every piece of vegan leather is cut by hand to specific measurements. They are shaped individually by hand. The magnets are cut and then glued by hand. The designs are printed and placed by hand.

My bookmarks look slightly different, why?

Given the nature of this production process, there will be mistakes. It is simply human error. Although i meticulously work to make sure they all look as identical as possible, there will be some that slip through the cracks.
If you receive a bookmark that you are unhappy with, please reach out to me and I will endeavour to replace it for you if I have the stock.

Are the bookmarks durable?

These bookmarks are meant to last you a long time, this means they will potentially get dirty over time, this is normal! You are able to clean them gently with a non abrasive cloth and clean water. Lighter colours are more likely to stain if damaged.
If the glue adhesive or the design begins to deteriorate rapidly please reach out and I will replace your bookmark.

I have been using the same original sample bookmark for months and it is still going strong! I have every faith these bookmarks will see you through for a long time, but they are not magical.. I am though, and i can fix whatever goes wrong.

How is shipping calculated?

I ship through Royal Mail exclusively as compared to the other shipping providers (international shipping included) it was the cheapest available option. Having said that, the shipping cost for everyone depends on how many bookmarks you purchase from us.
In one package I can send up to 4 bookmarks so if you order between 1 and 4 bookmarks you will automatically get the lower shipping price. Anything over 4 will automatically give you the more expensive option as the parcel size is bigger. I hope that makes sense and I hope these carriers lower their prices soon.
